In production, the sheet metal used to form the basis of the bath is shaped very gently, to reduce the stress the material is put under. The mould then stretches the unique titan-improved steel into the negative form of the bath.  The bath moves then on to the punching machine to create the waste and is given a thorough shower to clean the steel in preparation for the enamel coating.Both the primer and enamel coating used on Bette baths are unusually thin, giving them the flexibility and durability to resist impact and damage.
