The best customer service I have ever received

I ordered a bathroom and had a very tight timescale due to being let down by our bathroom fitter and plasterer. The staff at WD Bathrooms were very understanding and went way beyond the level of service I was expecting, even staying late over Christmas to ensure my personal order was delivered on time. I am truly grateful for their friendly, kind-hearted approach and could not recommend them highly enough to any prospective customer. Due to their efforts, i was able to have my bathroom fitted in time for the Christmas period, which could have been a disaster had they not been so helpful. Truly outstanding service, thank you.

I ordered a shower door and tray from another supplier who let me down at the last hour. I called WD at 4pm who told me cut off for next day delivery had passed. I explained the situation that I had a plumber already booked and about the let down from other supplier. They bent over backwards to get the door and tray to me for the following morning. Can't thank them enough, especially shelly who pushed this trough. Well done and thanks. Probably won't need another door myself for years to come but will certainly let me family and friends know about your service and prices!!!
