I would like to replace the towel rail in my mother's bathroom for which I have just ordered a vanity unit with basin and toilet unit from the Blanco range from you.  Since I am in France and her bathroom is in the UK I do not know which valve unit I would need.  Could I order both and return the one which is incorrect to you as the plumber and electrician are not familiar with the towel rail she has at present which is a straight one and much smaller than those you have.

We can do that for you no problem at all.  Alternatively the way to establish which type of valves you require is as follows. If the pipework is to come through the floor (like a traditional radiator would) you require straight valves. If the pipework comes through the wall above floor level you require angled valves.
