Returns

If you have received goods and have decided you no longer want them, then you have 7 working days to inform us that you intend to return the items. If you do wish to return any goods then you must fill out the following - Returns Form.

Damaged Goods

Although our record of getting our bathrooms and showers to customers in fantastic condition there will be occasions when the items may be damaged. We understand that it is not always possible to check goods thoroughly at the point of delivery which is why WD Bathrooms ask you to check the items as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. If you do receive any damaged goods our efficient warehouse team will work hard to get replacement products to you as soon as possible. If this is experienced please fill out the following - Damaged Goods Form.

Delivery Enquiries

If you would like a delivery update on your goods then please either fill out our Tracking Delivery Form or call customer services on 01142571715.

Your Delivery

We will endeavor to get your goods to you as soon as possible. If this is not the case we will contact you and let you know of the expected delivery date.
