Great service from WD, delivered as scheduled efficient service. The product was described on site. Absolute value for money, looks great and was easy to fit, despite the slightly less than helpful instructions, which seems to be the only slightly negative comment that people are picking up on. This door is absolutely fine. Turned up on time and looks nice. Our plumber said it looked decent quality and he's the expert!
One thing...the description doesn't mention it but the brackets are easy clean allowing the door to swing out for easy cleaning (Posted on 12/10/2011)

A great product, especially for the cost. Looks fabulous when installed and the door is very free running. Looks like it should have cost a lot more than it did.
Only slight downside was the screws werent great quality and the holes had to be drilled out slightly to avoid the threads stripping on assembly. Other than that the install was a breeze. Would recommend. (Posted on 31/03/2011)

Wasn't sure what to expect for the price, although the picture looked great!
The package arrived promply and securely wrapped. The door looks fantastic now it's in place. The service and after help has been amazing.
The only comment is that the instructions could be more detailed and clearer.

I live in Menorca where bathroom fittings are extremely expensive. With the price of the shower doors and transportation, it was still less than half the cost of buying here. Extremely satisfied with the quality and service. Will use the company again. Only complaint, instruction pictures not clear.

This screen is brilliant especially considering how cheap it is! The quality is very good and the door slides with the feel of a much more expensive product. The instructions were for a 1200 door and side screen, so not quite correct for inset door. Courier info on delivery very good.

Challenging job for the average amateur, especially as instruction sheet did not relate to the 1200 straight screen but after sales service was very good including supplying replacement bottom wheel promptly and without quibble or charge.
