WD Bathrooms is a simple process. Just browse our website and add the items that you need into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

You may send your credit card information via telephone or over our secure website. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send your invoice via email. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. You will receive confirmation of order and payment receipt within 24 hours of you ordering.
We will deliver your goods either in our own van or a chosen courier. If you live in the outer reaches of the United Kingdom (For Example Aberdeenshire and Northern Ireland) then we shall contact you with regard to delivery, as we may have to charge extra for this.
Please check goods for any damages and shortages at point of delivery, You must not sign for the goods if there are any shortages or damages to the goods. If the goods are signed for this will mean that your ordered goods have been delivered in good order. If the goods are damaged or there are any shortages then please contact us at point of delivery and we shall send you replacement goods.
Please ensure there is a person at the premises who is able to help with the delivery as the goods are delivered by one man only. Items of a bulky nature will normally arrive on a pallet delivered by the courier. If your goods arrive in this manner you must check the goods for damage before signing the driver’s note. Packaging must be opened, and the goods must be thoroughly checked to ensure they are in good condition.
On occasion delivery paperwork may say the words ‘received in good condition’ or ‘sign if the outer packaging is intact’ or similar. Please ignore these instructions. Writing the words “unchecked” or similar is not acceptable on the delivery note by signed you are accepting that the items delivered are in good condition. If for any reason the driver refuses to wait for you to thoroughly inspect the items, reject the delivery and email service@wdbathrooms.co.uk in order that they can rectify the situation for you.
We understand that you may not be able to check the goods thoroughly whilst the courier deliverers the goods, therefore we will need to be informed of any damage or shortages within a reasonable time after delivery.

We shall endeavor to deliver your goods right away, however there will be occasions when it is not possible to do so. If this is the case we shall contact you with a delivery time, which if not acceptable offer a full refund. Wilson Dobson can not accept responsibilty for any damages or shortages that are reported after delivery has took place. Please check your goods on delivery as once they are signed for the signature represents that they have been received in good condition. Every year many thousands of items leave our warehouse and happily wing their way to our customers, whilst we take extra special care of all items we despatch on a very rare occasion an item may get damaged. In order to ensure we can rectify any damages quickly and efficiently for you, please follow the steps below, our customer services team will do everything they can to provide you with a quick solution.
Customers are advised to inspect items upon delivery to ensure that they are received in good condition and are free of damages. Even if the goods appear to be in good condition items must be checked as soon as they are delivered to ensure there are no damages. Please ensure that all glass items are checked at point of delivery as, we are unable to offer a replacement, once they have been signed for. All goods are sent in one delivery so please make sure you are in receipt of everything you have ordered. We do advise our customers not to arrange for their plumber/bathroom fitter until you have checked that the goods received are correct. Wilson Dobson Limited are not liable for any costs incurred for delays in your receipt of goods. Occasionally, the delivery of your item(s) may be delayed or postponed. Every effort will be made to keep you informed and discuss revised delivery timescales.
The service provided is a door to door service. Drivers and Couriers are not insured to carry items inside properties in case they cause any damage in doing so. The term door to door does not include properties that have restricted access such as apartments, flats or properties that have restricted access of any sort. In this event the goods will be delivered to the nearest feasible external door to the property. If we do not hold the item you have ordered in stock, then we shall back order your purchase and inform you of the approximate delivery date. If this is not acceptable a full refund shall be given. Tax Charges For orders made 17.5% VAT is added.

Wilson Dobson Bathrooms do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. Wilson Dobson Limited may send you information which we feel may benefit you either via email or letter. WILSON DOBSON LIMITED WILL NOT PASS YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS TO ANY THIRD PARTY - other than the courier company who will only take basic information for purposes of delivery. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. WD Bathrooms are happy to accept unsuitable items back from our customers provided that our returns procedure is followed, written notification of your intention to return your item(s) is required this must reach us with 7 working days of you receiving the item(s). This can be emailed to info@wdbathrooms.co.uk. or sent in an alternative written format. Goods must be fit for resale and with their original packaging. It is with regret that items which are, clearly not fit for resale will be rejected with the courier by our warehouse department who will decline the delivery. At point of notification in writing our customer services team will email a returns form, which needs to be fully completed, once received they will issue a returns reference number which is to be recorded clearly on the returned items for ease of identification. It is with regret that any items that have not been authorised for return will not be accepted by or warehouse team. All carriage costs and packing of returned items rests with the sender.
Please check your goods are correct ie: colour, style, finish and size before fitting. If you have received the wrong product Wilson Dobson Limited will not be held responsible or liable if you have fitted the product which you later do not want or need.
If you are returning a large item then a £5.00 packaging fee will be charged.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm.
Any Cancellations will be charged 1.5% of the total value of the purchase made if paid by credit card.
If you realise that you need to change your order please contact us immediately and one of our advisors will help you. Order amendments may affect your delivery timescale and/or the price you pay for the item (as you’ll be charged the current selling price on the day you amend the order).
Our manufacturers are always happy to assist with questions regarding the installation of products. It is recommended that installation of products should be carried out by a competent person. When attempting installation you are advised to take extra care when installing glass products in particular those of a frameless nature these products require specialised handling. If you are unsure what is best practice for lifting or handling of this type of product, please contact the associated manufacturer or a professional installer.
Wilson Dobson’s liability whether in respect of one claim or in the aggregate arising out of any contract shall not exceed the purchase price under the contract.
