Even with the fragile nature of bathrooms and showers the dispatch manager at WD Bathrooms has got the packaging absolutely spot on. This is shown by how little breakages are reported even though hundreds of shower doors are delivered to their customers every month. Mark Wilson muses "When we first decided to sell to the public via our secure website, the dispatch area was a huge problem for us. Out of every ten deliveries we were reporting one breakage. We changed our couriers and packaging many times to get it right and now have partnerships with two quality couriers who both strive towards a 100% breakage free delivery target every month.

The new premises to be occupied by Wilson Dobson Bathrooms are less than a 1 minute drive from J35 of the M1 giving excellent accessibilty both for customers and couriers for delivery and dispatch. It will also act as a central point to attract not only Sheffield customers but also customers from Leeds, Wakefield, Barnsley and Nottingham to the new bathroom showroom.
